In response to the Covid-19 outbreak, AVTEQ has reprioritized our production operations to fulfill the growing demand for telemedicine carts and display mounting accessories. We have limited production of our other products, which results in longer than normal lead times for inventory. AVTEQ also has secured additional manufacturing resources to produce new custom products for hospitals and healthcare providers.

Our primary focus is the health and safety of our employees and customers, as well as on ensuring business continuity.

Keeping our employees safe

AVTEQ has strengthened personal hygiene measures throughout the organization and has stopped all business travel. We are following the guidelines provided by the CDC and local and regional sanitary and health regulations by expanding our work-from-home efforts and implementing social distancing measures for employees in the office as well as production facilities.

Business continuity

AVTEQ will ensure maximum feasible business continuity, including continued production and delivery to customers. AVTEQ production facilities remain operational with the majority of production focused on our telemedicine carts. Due to the high demand for telemedicine-related products, we are committed to fulfilling these orders as quickly as possible and have sourced local production facilities to help meet the demand.

AVTEQ’s commitment to customers

AVTEQ understands the burden and pressures the current shut-down due to Covid-19 has on our markets and customers. In case of shifting delivery dates, AVTEQ representatives will reach out to the customers and advise them on the delivery status.

To ensure the highest qualify of safety for our customers, AVTEQ recommends the following:
